I could get no straight answer other than we print them three days in advance. What I got was an automated system telling me I had to set up a Phone account with them. Dealing with their phone people or anyone that was not from a previous bank they bought out or took over or rude. When I explained, I live across the US and it takes a week to get here, meaning I would always get them late there was no response other than we mail them three days in advance.
